Pilar García Manteca, representing INDUROT and LIFE Fluvial, attended the first Participatory Workshop “Spanish Biodiversity and Science Strategy” together with representatives of the scientific world, held on 29 November 2021 at the headquarters of the Fundación Biodiversidad.
The aim of these workshops is to generate a space for debate and exchange of interests and perspectives, through a dynamic participatory process, in which it is hoped to discuss the fundamental aspects that this Strategy should integrate.
Aspects worked on LIFE Fluvial project, as relation to the biodiversity of habitats and species or the problem of exotic and invasive species, were debated in the workshop. The intention of the Fundación Biodiversidad is to continue developing different workshops with this theme that involve the different social sectors concerned.
